| New to our list of capabilities is rapid prototyping. Rapid prototyping allows us to augment our design capabilities with quick fitments, part conceptualization and complex part casting. Within a few hours a 3D computer model can be "printed" greatly decreasing time from prototype to finished part. Errors can be quickly found and fixed long before any metal is cut. Investment castings can be made from the printed parts allowing for infinitely complex parts. Quick and economical, cast parts also reduce machining costs, trimming more cost from the finished part. |

New to the MW lineup is an oversized anti-roll assembly. A 3" diameter anti-roll bar is complimented by a spherical bearing assembly. The spherical bearing assembly allows for bending without binding. At the same time, the 3" diameter tube is 88.7% stiffer than our standard 1.25" anti-roll assembly. This translates to 1 degree of twist for every 8.87 degrees in a standard setup |

| Currently both Ford and Chrysler use the MW 11" rear in their transmission dynamometers. The dimensional similarity to a 9" Ford makes this rear a perfect candidate for a quick and easy changeover. The 11" dyno rear is modified from the standard race rear to include roller bearings, a steel pinion support, an over-sized pilot bearing, an open carrier, and a fluid level sight gauge. Axles with 1480 series U-Joint flanges are available as well as a range of gear ratios. We can also taylor the rear end for your specific application. |
